• We do not accept or process any payments through our website. All payments are taken strictly at the time of delivery. Placing an order online secures your items (if it is in stock at our store), but no money will be charged until our delivery team arrives at your address.

• For the safety of our drivers and efficiency of service, we operate a 100% cashless delivery system.

  • Our delivery drivers carry a secure mobile card machine to process your payment on the spot.

  • We accept all major debit, credit cards and mobile payments like Apple Pay / Google Pay (but not American Express Cards)

  • We do not accept cash under any circumstances. Please ensure you have a valid payment card ready when your driver arrives.

• To ensure a secure transaction, groceries will only be handed over once payment has been successfully processed and approved on our card machine.

  • If a payment fails, declines, or cannot be made at the door, our driver will unfortunately not be able to leave the order with you, and the items will be returned to our store.

 

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK OF LOSS

• Shipping Terms: All orders are shipped according to our standard shipping procedures. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

12. Stock Availability & In-Store Inventory Policy

• Please note that Emmanuel International Groceries operates both an online store and a physical retail shop. Because our in-store customers buy from the same inventory in real-time, items on our website may occasionally sell out in our physical store before the website can update.

• Orders are Subject to Availability. Placing an order online does not guarantee 100% item availability. All products are subject to stock availability at the physical time your delivery is packed.

• If an item you ordered goes out of stock in our store before we can fulfill your delivery:

  • We will not be able to deliver that specific item.

  • Our delivery driver will inform you at your door, and you will only be charged for the items we actually deliver to you via our mobile card machine.
