🛒 How It Works

Join the Group: Click the link above to join the Emmanuel International Groceries WhatsApp group.

Check the Dates: We regularly post the upcoming week's delivery schedule, cutoff times, and open routes.

Place Your Order: Head to our website, add your favourite items to your cart, and check out.

Delivery Day: We will bring your groceries straight to your door on the designated day announced in the group.
📦 Order Deadlines (Cutoff Times)
To make sure your items are packed and ready, order cutoffs will be announced alongside the delivery dates in the WhatsApp group. Please ensure your order is placed before the stated cutoff time for that specific delivery run. We cannot confirm your delivery if order is placed after cutoff time.
📍 Delivery Areas & Fees

Delivery Zones: We currently deliver to [Brighton, Hove, Peacehaven, Lewes, Newhaven, Seaford, Rottingdean, Saltdean, Hangleton, Portslade]. We do not deliver to any areas other than the ones listed.

Delivery Fees: [£3, Free delivery on orders over £20. Full delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.

While we always aim to get your groceries to you exactly when promised, there are times when a delivery may not be fulfilled or may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as traffic, weather, stock delays, or transit issues).
Any and all updates regarding schedule changes, delays, or cancellations will be posted directly in the WhatsApp group. Please monitor the group on your scheduled delivery day for real-time updates. If a delivery cannot be fulfilled, we will work with you via the group or direct message to reschedule.
